Outpatient Therapist (OP)
Outpatient Department – Full-time, Part-Time, Contract Position
Milestone Behavioral Health, located in Yardley, PA, is seeking candidates an Outpatient Therapist (OP). Some incentives that we offer include sign-on bonuses and a LPC licensure supervision program.
The Outpatient Therapist is to evaluate and assess client needs, formulate diagnoses, provide specific recommendations for treatment. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for making referrals for recommended treatment as appropriate, develop, coordinate and facilitate treatment planning to include formulation, reviews, and reformulations as appropriate. The Outpatient Therapist is to provide individual, group and/or family therapy as detailed in the client’s treatment plan, as well as develop and maintain working relationships with the client, family and other treatment team members. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for coordinating discharge planning and complete accurate clinical documentation of all services, interventions and client related activities in a timely manner. Also, the clinician is to cooperatively and actively participate in all assigned staff and supervisory meetings as well as in service trainings and staff development activities.
Education/Experience Credentials:
— Has a graduate degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum.
OR
— is licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (such as LPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW, etc)
