Behavioral Consultant (BC)
The BC is the lead clinician on the treatment team and acts as a consultant to members involved in the child’s life. This role will develop the treatment plan, monitor the interventions delivered by all treatment team members, as well as work with the parents.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
BHT’s provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to children and adolescents in home, school and community settings. This vital role will also guide parents, caregivers, and teachers how to implement strategies to achieve goals and support skill development.
Mobile Therapist (MT)
The Mobile Therapist (MT) works directly with the child utilzing a strength-based approach to address social and emotional needs. The MT incorporates supports surrounding the child, including the family, to integrate family dynamic and structure into the therapeutic sessions.
Outpatient Therapist (OP)
The Outpatient Therapist evaluates and assess client needs, formulate diagnoses, provide specific recommendations for treatment, coordinate and facilitate treatment planning, and maintain working relationships with the client, family and other treatment team members.
Building Connection
